Kings Mountain kept up with South Point until halftime on Wednesday, but afterwards: not so much. The Red Raiders put the hurt on the Mountaineers with a sharp 7-0 victory. Considering South Point have won 11 matchups by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

South Point's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-1-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those four contests. As for Kings Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.
