Volleyball Recap: Arvada West Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Arvada West was the 3-0 winner over Golden when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Demons by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Arvada West actually scored more points across those five sets (109-101), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-23, 16-25, 25-23, 15-13.

When it comes to explaining why Arvada West lost, don't look at Mya Lee. Despite the final result, she had four digs and four aces.

Arvada West's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Golden, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7.
