Basketball Recap: Walla Walla Takes a Loss

Walla Walla was the 47-46 winner over Southridge when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Walla Walla Blue Devils fell 60-49 to the Southridge Suns on Tuesday.

Walla Walla dropped their record down to 5-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Southridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Walla Walla will be playing at home against Richland at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Richland will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Walla Walla surely won't give up without a fight. As for Southridge, they will venture away from home to take on Hermiston at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Southridge's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
