Softball Recap: D'Evelyn Jaguars vs. Wheat Ridge Farmers
There's no place like home for D'Evelyn, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 12-2 margin over the Wheat Ridge Farmers on Saturday. Considering the Jaguars have won six matches by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Tess Miller was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Golden knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Wheat Ridge likes a good challenge.
