Volleyball Recap: Lambert Longhorns vs. Roswell Hornets
Lambert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Roswell Hornets. The Longhorns were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22.
Lambert's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Roswell, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-15.
Lambert will face off against South Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Roswell, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat vs. Jonesboro on the 14th.
