Basketball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central and Glencoe-Silver Lake squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Central had to settle for second. The match between the Central Raiders and the Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers didn't end well, with the Central Raiders falling 63-44. The Raiders have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Glencoe-Silver Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Central nor Glencoe-Silver Lake have any future games scheduled.
