Basketball Recap: Mize Takes a Loss

Mize has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a blow against the Heidelberg Oilers on Tuesday, falling 54-24. The Bulldogs were down 49-19 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Mize's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Heidelberg, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Mize nor Heidelberg have any future games scheduled.
