League rivals have been butting heads since 1953.

The MaxPreps Game of the Week heads to Oregon for a battle of unbeatens as Lake Oswego hosts West Linn in a rematch of last season's Class 6A state championship game.

Lake Oswego (6-0) won the regular-season meeting in 2024 but a little more than a month later, West Linn (6-0) got its revenge to hoist the state title trophy.

West Linn is ranked No. 1 in the state and No. 93 in our expanded top 100. The Lions have an electric offense led by Sloan Baker and Shane Peters that averages over 40 points per game.

Four-star prospect Josiah Molden and Grady Coyle lead a defense that has allowed 78 total points this year.
