Fayette County gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They came out on top against the Heritage Patriots by a score of 2-0. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Fayette County easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-8.

Fayette County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Eagle's Landing on the 7th. Heritage has also already played their next contest (against Newton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
