Basketball Recap: Keller Has No Trouble Against Mansfield Legacy

Keller was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Mansfield Legacy on Saturday. The Keller Indians blew past the Mansfield Legacy Broncos 65-45. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 176th, while the Broncos are ranked 390th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Keller's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Mansfield Legacy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keller will host V.R. Eaton at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mansfield Legacy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Weatherford at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
