After having lost a blowout in their previous game against McKinney, Prosper was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Allen a 1-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in February.

Prosper's victory bumped their record up to 9-5-1. As for Allen, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-4.

Coming up, Prosper will face off against Princeton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Allen, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against McKinney Boyd at 7:30 p.m.
