Basketball Recap: Kendra Waldron's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Ayersville over Tinora

Ayersville played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Tinora Rams, falling 53-31. The Pilots just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Ayersville's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kendra Waldron, who posted ten points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Avery Knueven, who earned eight points and six boards.

Ayersville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Tinora, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.

Ayersville will challenge Wauseon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tinora, they are taking a road trip to square off against Elmwood at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday.
