Soccer Recap: Sherman Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Sherman was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McKinney North Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bearcats of the 5-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Sherman's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for McKinney North, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Sherman face off against the Melissa at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for McKinney North, they will challenge Anna at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
