Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pieper). Everything went their way against the Tivy Antlers on Friday as the Pieper Warriors made off with a 19-4 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win (which was Pieper's third in a row) raised their record to 8-4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Tivy, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-12.

Pieper has already played their next match, a 10-0 victory against Veterans Memorial on the 18th. As for Tivy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-2 loss against New Braunfels on the 18th.
