Soccer Recap: Indian Land Takes a Loss

Indian Land was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clover Blue Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Clover this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-1 back in March.

Indian Land's goal came courtesy of Camden Hannig, who's now up to 22 this season.

Indian Land's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Clover, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Indian Land and Clover will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Warriors see the pitch they'll take on Fort Mill at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Clover, their break will end when they face Nation Ford at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th.
