Basketball Recap: Southcrest Christian Takes a Loss

Southcrest Christian lost against All Saints Episcopal School back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Southcrest Christian received a blow as they fell 48-33 to the All Saints Episcopal School Patriots.

Southcrest Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 15-17. As for All Saints Episcopal School, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.

Southcrest Christian will face off against Holy Cross Catholic Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Holy Cross Catholic Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Southcrest Christian likes a good challenge. As for All Saints Episcopal School, they will head out to face off against Christ the King Cathedral on Friday.
