Basketball Recap: Putnam City West Takes a Loss

Putnam City West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 82-9 loss at the hands of the Owasso Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 87-4 back in January.

Putnam City West's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Owasso, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-10.

Coming up, Putnam City West is taking a road trip to take on Westmoore at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Owasso, they will be playing at home against Stillwater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
