St. Louis University scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 79-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vianney Golden Griffins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Junior Bills of the 57-50 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

St. Louis University now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Vianney, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.
