Sun Valley had lost four games straight , but after bumping their record up to 4-12 on Wednesday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Kennett Blue Demons as they made off with an 11-1 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Vanguards considering their two-run performance the match before.

As for Kennett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly ten runs.

For Kennett's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Camryn Defrank, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sun Valley will face off against Chichester at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kennett, they will take on Unionville at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
