Soccer Recap: Andover Wins Going Away Against Amesbury

Andover had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt Amesbury on Tuesday. The Golden Warriors were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Redhawks. Given Andover's advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 101st, while Amesbury are ranked 231st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Andover's win bumped their record up to 10-7-2. As for Amesbury, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-4.

As of now, neither Andover nor the Redhawks have any future games scheduled.
