Soccer Recap: Triangle Math & Science Starts Season with Loss at Home

Triangle Math & Science unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Excelsior Classical Academy Flying Lions on Monday. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 4-2 to them when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Triangle Math & Science is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will challenge Woods Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Excelsior Classical Academy, they will head out to take on Cristo Rey Research Triangle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
