Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Point). They never let the Valley Vista Monsoon onto the board and left with a 5-0 win on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Dragons as it spelled an end to their nine-game losing streak.

West Point's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-10-1. As for Valley Vista, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Point will host Browne at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. West Point is facing Browne at the right time seeing as Browne is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Valley Vista, they will welcome Tolleson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tolleson will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Valley Vista surely won't give up without a fight.
