Soccer Game Preview: Jefferson vs. West Adams

The Jefferson Democrats will face off against the West Adams Panthers at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Jefferson's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Jefferson fell victim to Los Angeles and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Romans.

Meanwhile, West Adams has been on a difficult stretch since their win on December 4. They and Santee finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw on Friday.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. With that draw, West Adams' record moves to 2-6-6.

Everything went Jefferson's way against West Adams in their previous meeting back in January, as Jefferson made off with a 3-0 victory. Does Jefferson have another victory up their sleeve, or will West Adams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
