After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Turner, Washington was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Wyandotte Bulldogs with a sharp 17-7 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their two-run performance the game before.
Leland Estes was a standout: he scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Ryan Hooks was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3.
