Volleyball Recap: Castle Park Falls to Sweetwater in First Game of Season

Castle Park unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Sweetwater Red Devils on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost four in a row.

Castle Park took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-23.

The win was the third in a row for Sweetwater, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Castle Park will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Miguel at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sweetwater, they are taking a road trip to square off against Madison at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th.
