Volleyball Recap: Hesperia Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hesperia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Hart Pirates, falling 3-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Pirates from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-16.

Leading Hart to victory were Alayna Schiller and Grace Tucker. Schiller had 18 digs and six aces, while Tucker had ten assists and four digs. What's more, Schiller posted three kills, the most she's had since back in September. Giulia Cremonese also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Hesperia's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Hart, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 11-14-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Hesperia will venture away from home to square off against Pine River Area at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hart, they will head out to challenge Cedar Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
