Volleyball Recap: Youngker Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Youngker lost against Verrado back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Roughriders lost 3-0 to the Vipers. The Roughriders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-17.

Addielyn Angel paced Youngker's offense, picking up five kills. Angel really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with three. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Youngker's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Verrado, they pushed their record up to 19-14 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Youngker will face off against rival Desert Edge at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Verrado is set to square off against their familiar foe North Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
