Baseball Recap: East Webster Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact East Webster can now relate to. They fell just short of the Mooreville Troopers by a score of 7-6 on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the fifth time they've come up short against the Troopers this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-0 defeat on Friday.

East Webster's defeat dropped their record down to 28-9. As for Mooreville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-9 record this season.

As of now, neither East Webster nor Mooreville have any future games scheduled.
