Softball Recap: Gladewater Comes Up Short

Gladewater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 7-3 to the Grace Community Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss last Friday.

Gladewater's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Grace Community, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Gladewater will be playing at home against West Rusk at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grace Community, they will challenge Hawkins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
