It was a proper cat-fight when Jenison took on South Lyon East on Saturday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 2-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won seven games in a row.

Jenison was led to victory by Cora Rotman and Rylee Fennema. Rotman had 27 assists and three digs, while Fennema had six digs and one assist. Those 27 assists gave Rotman a new career-high.

Jenison's win bumped their record up to 18-2. As for South Lyon East, the loss snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 21-6-1 record.

Jenison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Grosse Pointe South on the 20th. As for South Lyon East, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Rockford on the 20th.
