Football Game Preview: Southern Wayne Saints vs. C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons + How To Watch

Southern Wayne is 1-9 against C.B. Aycock since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Saints will square off against the Golden Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Southern Wayne has given up an average of 44.2 points per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Southern Wayne is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Fike last Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Saints were dealt a 48-12 loss at the hands of the Golden Demons. The Saints were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-6.

Meanwhile, C.B. Aycock was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 40-34 to Fike.

MarShaun McCullen was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making six total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Southern Wayne was dealt a bruising 56-6 defeat at the hands of C.B. Aycock in their previous matchup back in November of 2024.
