Basketball Game Preview: Logan Chieftains vs. Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs

The Logan Chieftains just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Logan has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with five straight losses, while Bloom-Carroll will come in with three straight wins.

On Monday, Logan came up short against Athens and fell 47-35.

Meanwhile, Bloom-Carroll didn't have too much trouble with Amanda-Clearcreek on Friday as they won 49-30. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 311th, while the Aces are ranked 722nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bloom-Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Logan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-15.

Logan came up short against Bloom-Carroll in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, falling 55-42. Can Logan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
