Volleyball Game Preview: Brewster Bears vs. Omak Pioneers

The Brewster Bears will head out to take on the Omak Pioneers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Brewster came up short against Chelan on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Bears have struggled against the Mountain Goats recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Omak lost 3-0 to Tonasket on Tuesday.

Brewster's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Omak, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.

Brewster couldn't quite get it done against Omak when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Bears avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
