Kaneland is a perfect 10-0 against Ottawa since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Knights will square off against the Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Kaneland has given up an average of 3.6 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Kaneland is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Hinsdale South on Thursday. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 5-1.

Meanwhile, Ottawa's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Morris. Ottawa haven't had any issues with Morris recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Kaneland's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Ottawa, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

Everything went Kaneland's way against Ottawa in their previous meeting on September 10th, as Kaneland made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
