Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask DeSoto). They blew past the Windsor Owls 15-6 on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Dragons considering their one-run performance the match before.

DeSoto has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-13 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Windsor, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.

DeSoto will have a chance to go back-to-back against Windsor: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
