Basketball Recap: Heston Academy Comes Up Short

Heston Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They took a blow against the Rogers City Hurons, falling 58-16. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hurons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-21 back in January.

Heston Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Rogers City, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Looking ahead, Heston Academy will welcome Whittemore-Prescott at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rogers City, they will square off against Oscoda at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Oscoda will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Rogers City surely won't give up without a fight.
