D'Hanis dropped their record down to 7-10 on Thursday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 15-0 to the Leakey Eagles. The match marked the first time this year in which the Cowboys were not able to get on the board.

As for Leakey, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 17-13-1. Considering they have won 14 contests by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

For Leakey's part, they let Katie Salazar and Hayden Rimkus run wild. Salazar went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs, while Rimkus went 1-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Rimkus has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kourtney Rodriguez, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

As of now, neither D'Hanis nor Leakey have any future games scheduled.
