Basketball Recap: Woodland Comes Up Short

Woodland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They lost 60-38 to the Washington Academy Raiders. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-28 back in December of 2024.

Woodland's record is now 1-14. As for Washington Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodland has already played their next game (against George Stevens Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Washington Academy has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Ellsworth.
