Barrington will have to contend with a Kellenberg Memorial team hungry for a win, something the squad hasn't seen since September 13. Kellenberg Memorial and St. John the Baptist finished up their match with a 2-2 draw on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Barrington faced Cranston West in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Eagles came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 3-1. That's two games straight that Barrington have won by exactly two goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Barrington and bumps their season record up to 5-1-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two contests. With that draw, Kellenberg Memorial's record moves to 7-4-3.

Kellenberg Memorial took their victory against Barrington when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Firebirds since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
