Glenwood has gone 8-2 against Lincoln recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Titans will venture away from home to take on the Railsplitters at 4:30 p.m. Glenwood is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Glenwood had taken Sacred Heart-Griffin down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Titans took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cyclones.

Glenwood got a good showing from Tristan Schwindt, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Schwindt has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Colten Knoedler was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Lincoln started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Rochester. They lost 14-4 to the Rockets on Tuesday. The Railsplitters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Everything went Glenwood's way against Lincoln in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Glenwood made off with an 8-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
