Softball Recap: Siuslaw Comes Up Short

Siuslaw lost to Sweet Home back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 17-2 to the Huskies. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row dating back to last season.

Siuslaw's record is now 0-2. As for Sweet Home, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Siuslaw will host Bandon/Pacific at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sweet Home, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Cottage Grove at 4:00 p.m. on the 31st.
