Football Recap: Templeton Eagles vs. Hoover Patriots
Templeton had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Hoover Patriots, posting a 33-0 win on the road.
Tyler Cunningham was a one-man wrecking crew for Templeton as he rushed for 66 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.
Templeton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. Levi Goodman led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.
Templeton will challenge Monache at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hoover, they will take on Santa Maria at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Hoover focused on turnovers this week as team gave up five on Friday.
