Volleyball Recap: Barbe Takes a Loss

After flying high against Westminster Christian Academy on Tuesday, Barbe came back down to earth. The Buccaneers fell 2-0 to the Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Buccaneers in their meetings with the Chipmunks: they've now lost three in a row.

Barbe's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Archbishop Chapelle, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Barbe will square off against Westlake at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Archbishop Chapelle, they will take on John Ehret at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
