Recap: Seton Catholic Cougars vs. Royal Knights
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Seton Catholic Cougars, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They had to suffer through a rough 42-0 loss at the hands of the Knights. Seton Catholic's defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
Leading Royal to victory were Lance Allred and Ethan Ellis. Allred rushed for 75 yards and three touchdowns, while Ellis rushed for 177 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries.
Seton Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 11-2. As for Royal, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-0.
Seton Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Royal has the luxury of staying home another week and will welcome Lakeside at 3:00 p.m. on December 1st. The pair have allowed few points on average, (Lakeside: 12.5, Royal: 4) so any points scored will be well earned.
