Volleyball Recap: Tahoma Bears vs. Eastlake Wolves
Tahoma and Eastlake squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tahoma had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eastlake Wolves. The Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.
Annika Wright paced Tahoma's offense, picking up 18 kills. Wright got some help from
Isabelle Foote and her 27 assists. Wright was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
Zoe Pound was nothing short of spectacular for Eastlake: she had 22 digs.
Tahoma's loss dropped their record down to 18-11-1. As for Eastlake, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 25-11.
As of now, neither Tahoma nor Eastlake have any future games scheduled.
