Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Leipsic). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 67-64 victory over the Swanton Bulldogs on Saturday. While the Vikings didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win made it two in a row for Leipsic and bumps their season record up to 6-4. As for Swanton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Leipsic will venture away from home to face off against Van Buren at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Swanton, they will face off against Genoa Area at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Genoa Area has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 191 points over their last three games.
