South Dearborn is 2-8 against Franklin County since January of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The South Dearborn Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Franklin County Wildcats at 7:30 p.m.

South Dearborn is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They came up short against Lawrenceburg, falling 53-32. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 287th, while the Tigers are ranked 136th).

Meanwhile, Franklin County entered their tilt with Talawanda on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Brave 51-35.

Franklin County pushed their record up to 10-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points per game. As for South Dearborn, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.
