Recap: Kimball Longhorns vs. St. Patrick's Irish
The Kimball Longhorns lost against the St. Patrick's Irish last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The matchup between the pair wasn't particularly close, with Kimball falling 41-24.
Despite the loss, Kimball had strong showings from Faith Bohac, who scored five points along with six rebounds, and Grace Anderson, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals. Anderson hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games.
Kimball's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for St. Patrick's, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-13.
Kimball will head out on the road to take on Bayard at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bayard will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak. As for St. Patrick's, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Paxton at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Paxton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Saturday.
