Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pennridge). They came out on top against the Faith Christian Academy Lions by a score of 67-54 on Monday. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 197th, while the Lions are ranked 593rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Pennridge's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Faith Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pennridge won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against North Penn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pennridge knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully North Penn likes a good challenge. As for Faith Christian Academy, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Faith Christian Academy Lions challenge the Calvary Christian Academy Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
