Grand Oaks entered their tilt with Conroe on Friday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They had just enough and edged out the Tigers 6-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Grizzlies also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

Grand Oaks pushed their record up to 14-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Conroe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-3-1.
